Sue Klimpl
President
Sue holds a BA in European History from The George Washington University, a Masters of Education
from Lehigh University, and a Principal’s Certificate from Temple University. Her educational roles in
Central Bucks over many years have included being a CBSD teacher, student support counselor ,
assistant principal (Cold Spring Elementary), and principal (Butler Elementary and Linden Elementary).
She was also a guest lecturer at Rosemont College.Sue was a founding member and past President of the Board of Directors of the Bucks County World Language Academy, focused on introducing Spanish and French to elementary children in a before and after school program housed in CBSD and Pennsbury schools. She has also been actively involved in serving the community as a member of the Bucks County Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors.
Working with the Foundation and its partnership with CBSD, she looks forward to enhancing the educational opportunities of all CB children and families.
Jackie Monturano
Executive Director
Jackie Monturano is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a wealth of
experience in devising innovative revenue strategies across various domains, including custom publishing, events, branded content, client strategy, and, most recently, philanthropy and fundraising. In her current capacity as the Senior Director of Philanthropy, she oversees every facet of the grantmaking process at The Philadelphia Inquirer, encompassing proposal development, contract management, budgeting, interim reporting, and impact assessment. She is a proud parent to twin boys currently attending Central Bucks West. She understands and appreciates the positive influence that the dedicated teachers, staff, and administration at Central Bucks have had on her children’s education. She is thrilled to contribute to this foundation’s transformative mission, aiming to enhance opportunities for growth and success for all CBSD students.
Jane Bell
Vice President
A lifelong educator, Jane served in both public and independent schools. She was most recently on the Executive Leadership Team at Marymount School of New York where she cultivated benefactor partnerships and held positions including Head of Middle School, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Director of Testing and Learning Resources, and Chief of Program Planning. While raising her three sons in Maryland, she served as an administrator, teacher, and teacher specialist in Harford County Public Schools. She was Federal Relations Chair for her professional organization lobbying Congress in support of public education and special education funding. Jane is a birder, loves to travel, read, sing, host parties, and is a proud grandmother of 4 including a grandson who is a student at Linden Elementary and a granddaughter who will soon follow in her brother’s CBSD footsteps.
Thomas Donnelly
Meeting Secretary
Thomas Donnelly is an experienced litigation and transactional attorney with over 30 years of practice providing practical, strategic advice to businesses and individuals seeking a skillful and knowledgeable advocate. Tom’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and transactions and the representation of both individual and corporate clients in matters relating to business and commercial disputes.
Tom is an active member of the Bucks County Public Service Community. In this regard, Tom has been appointed a lifetime member of the Board of Directors for the Bucks County United Way. In addition, Tom is past President of the Bucks County Bar Association, past President of the Young Lawyers Division, and a past member of the Bar Association Board of Directors. Tom also serves on the board of directors of Roxy Therapy Dogs.
Dr. Lixia Yao
Treasurer
Dr. Lixia Yao is the founder and CEO of Polygon Health Analytics LLC, which specializes in developing high-quality real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence (RWE) in disease areas with pressing unmet medical needs. With a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University, Dr. Yao previously worked as the director of Real-world Data Analytics & Innovation at Merck and an Associate Professor in Biomedical Informatics at Mayo Clinic. She has cultivated a deep understanding of RWD and authored 60+ peer-reviewed articles on prestigious journals such as Nature Biotechnology, Genome Research, and Drug Discovery Today with a H-index of 20.
Dr. Yao received the Career Development Award in Biomedical Informatics from the National Library of Medicine (2016-2019). She is also a Fellow of the American Medical Informatics Association (FAMIA) and served as the Chair of the AMIA KDDM working group (2020-2022). Currently, she holds the additional roles of Member Engagement Co-Chair for the Oncology Special Interest Group at the Professional Society for Health Economics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR), Director of Business Insights & Analytics at SAPA-GP, and Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Health Services Administration and Policy at Temple University.
Michael Post
Michael Post has spent the last 25 years working in the regional banking industry. He has had experience with companies in the real estate , large corporate, not for profit, and middle market segments. Michael’s current practice at Citizens Bank is focused on privately held corporations located in the tri-state area with revenues between $50mln and $1bln.
In addition to serving on the CBSD EF board, Michael has spent time as Treasurer of the Central Bucks Athletic Association since 2020, and as a member of the board of directors for the Philadelphia region of the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship since 2024. A 16+ year resident of Bucks County, Michael resides in Central Bucks with his wife and 3 kids who all attend Central Bucks schools. Michael graduated from Villanova University in 2000 and received his MBA from St Joseph’s University in 2007
Tim Donovan
Tim is a graduate of CB West and received his bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross and earned his MA in Educational Leadership from Villanova University. He was the principal of Lenape Middle School and Central Bucks High School West. Prior to that, he was Director of Educational Programs at Tredyffrin-Easttown School District and principal of Conestoga High School. He has vast experience developing programs to support students and staff in various educational settings while providing career development opportunities for educational professionals. Tim looks forward to continuing to support the students and staff in the Central Bucks school community.
