These grant awards reflect a dynamic investment in CBSD students across all levels—elementary, middle, and high school—supporting innovative learning experiences that extend well beyond the classroom. Together, we have funded projects spanning entrepreneurship, STEM and engineering, arts and humanities, literacy, history, environmental science, and social-emotional wellness.

 

Young Entrepreneurs – Tohickon Middle School

Funded supplies for a new student-run school store to enable real world business experience

3D Printer – CB South High School

Printer used in business classes for students to prototype product designs, develop entrepreneurial ideas, and understand the manufacturing process

Empowering Student Voices – Grove,and Elementary

Video equipment for students to write, produce, film, and edit their own video projects

 

The Ladies of History – Tamamend Middle School

Three live presentations throughout the school year for various grades tied to Social Studies curriculum

 

Doylestown Historical Society Restoration Mural Project- Lenape Middle School

Students will design and paint panels depicting historic and/or significant imagery representing Doylestown

Crafting Inclusion: Universal Woodworking Tools  –  Lenape Middle School

Adaptive, high-contrast, and guided hand tools to ensure all students, including those in general education, life skills, and with visual impairments, can access woodworking tools safely and equitably.

 

Environmental Science Field Experiences – CB West High School

Immersive field  experience at Island Beach State Park for students in grades 10-12 in the Environmental Sciences and Oceanography courses

 

The Colossal Cardboard Collaboration – ALL Elementary schools

ChompSaws for all Quest classrooms so  students can safely and efficiently cut and process cardboard.

 

Holicong String Ensemble Commission – Holicong Middle School

Commission an original piece for the Holicong String Ensemble by Composer Natalie Repper with an accompanying student clinic.
